    Dr. Cai received his B.Sc. in Applied Electronics Engineering, M.Sc in Marine Engineering and Ph.D. in Control Engineering, all from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China. He currently works as associate professor for the Department of Applied Electronics Engineering, College of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, HUST, since 2011.
