    J. Yang was born in Guangshui, Suizhou, Hubei Province, China, in 1980. He received the B.S. degree in automatic control in 2003, and the M.S. degree in system engineering in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 2010.

    Since 2010, he has been an associate Professor with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is author of more than 10 articles, and 5 inventions. He holds on 1 National Nature Science Foundation of China (No. 11305068). His research interests include accelerator engineering, high-voltage power supply, high-voltage electron accelerator and its applications, magnetic field measurement.
